Steamwatch?

Anyone else heard of this neat little app? Basically, what it does is monitor your Steam client's outbound server requests (when you're downloading games) and makes sure that only ones to either Telstra or Internode servers go through. It's a lifesaver if you're on a tight plan with either ISP; I'm on BigPond and I just downloaded Deus Ex: Human Revolution (8GB) and Borderlands (12GB) after an earlier reinstall of Windows XP and it's not put me over my monthly limit. I'm about to get stuck into TeamFortress 2.
